Renewing Properties is committed to the success of all stakeholders of the company.

  • For our clients we offer an opportunity to earn equity in a home while reestablishing their credit. We go the extra mile to offer both an economical and quality home for our clients to live in. Typically our homes have new roofs, HVAC systems, windows, insulation, plumbing, and electrical systems which allow for years of living without large capital expenditures. 

  • For our communities we purchase and remodel homes with untapped potential. We bring in clients who care about the home and the community. We also add to the tax base by increasing the property value of the project home and surrounding neighborhood.

  • For our subcontractors we offer fair wages and steady work. Renewing Properties appreciates and recognizes a job well done.
